UCL’s longstanding MaaSLab, known for its impactful urban mobility research within the Bartlett School of Environment, Energy, and Resources (BSEER), is transitioning to MUSA Lab – Mobility & Urban Systems Analytics Lab.
The decision to evolve into MUSA Lab stems from the recent shifts in transport research and the pressing challenges faced by urban transport systems today. With a refreshed team and renewed focus, the lab is poised to dive deeper into these challenges, leveraging the strong foundation laid by MaaSLab.
Taking over from Prof. Maria Kamargianni, Dr. Manos Chaniotakis will be leading MUSA Lab with the overall vision remaining to address the complex issues of urban mobility by building on past insights and adapting to new research directions.
